Kamalio Mclean | Bold & Beautiful

Jamaican photographer Kamalio Mclean returns to Ocean Africa with the new series Bold & Beautiful. 

The enamouring series sees Kenyan-born South Sudanese muse Friday Chuol frolicking in a peach frock as the dusk sets in a forest. The layered diaphanous ruffles of the dress create an almost whimsical and ethereal display, highlighted even more by the muse’s rich dark skin. The elegance exuded by Chuol; expertly captured by Mclean, bring forth a timelessness that invites the reader into a world of magical splendour.
